UK delivery
- Free tracked delivery on every order, no minimum spend.
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days and usually arrive 5–12 working days after that. You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Your watch is sent directly from our fulfilment partner's warehouse, so your tracking may show the parcel travelling internationally before it reaches you. If you order more than one watch, they may arrive in separate parcels.
International delivery
We also deliver to the EU (£14.99) and to selected countries worldwide (£23.99). The rate for your country is shown at checkout. International orders usually take longer than UK orders, and any import duties or taxes charged by your country are paid by you on delivery.
Where's my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping email. If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 working days, message us through our contact page with your order number and we'll sort it out.
